These are the outpatient-led departments, and they are where most of the free camp work the trust runs is concentrated, eye screening in particular. All three run through the outpatient department between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.

What happens when you arrive
- Start at the general OPD. Between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, pay the consultation charge and you will be seen. That charge includes the medicine prescribed for that day. In an emergency, go straight to accident and emergency instead.
- Bring what you have. Photo identification, any scheme or insurance card, and earlier prescriptions, scans or reports.
- Scheme check before admission. If you hold a Mukhyamantri Amrutum or Ayushman Bharat card, the counter verifies it before admission rather than at discharge.
- Rates are published. The same rate applies to every patient in a category. There is no negotiation at the counter and nothing to be gained by asking.
